30-Day Return Policy
At Zaylo Mart, we want you to shop with confidence. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in its original packaging with tags, if applicable
- Include proof of purchase/order details

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
For an exchange, please return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
